Terms and conditions

Rates

All our prices are stated EUR excl. VAT and freight.

Freight

Freight is added to all purchases. General freight conditions applies.

Order value

For orders below 50 EUR an administration fee of EUR 10 is charged.

Ordering and payment

As soon as your order is received a confirmation is sent to your email address. Another order confirmation incl. freight cost and estimated delivery date is sent via e-mail once we have processed your order. This means that two confirmation e-mails will be sent to you.

Invoice - companies and organizations

An invoice is sent out to you upon product delivery. Payment terms for invoice: 20 days net. If the customer is deemed not having the ability to pay we reserve the right to cancel delivery.

Prepayment - private persons

Private persons pays in advance payment unless agreed otherwise. The products are shipped once payment has been received. In some cases, as for extra long delivery time etc., we can allow for invoice payment (see invoice conditions above).

Delivery

Delivery times varies depending on the type of product, the delivery time is specified in our order confirmation. For products that are delivered within 3 working days no order confirmation is sent.

Return process and complaint

Right of Return does not apply to custom made or customized products. When agreed upon repurchase the goods must be undamaged and unused and in original packaging. If so, the buyer is paying the shipping costs. For defective product, wrong product or wrong amount, please notify us as soon as possible, most easily by e-mail or telephone. We will send an address card that you paste on the package and you return at no cost. We replace the defective goods as soon as possible.

The risk of product

The risk of goods passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the carrier.

Transportation damage

Transportation damage should be reported immediately upon delivery, noted on the waybill note and signed by the carrier at the delivery. It´s important to check any damage to the goods before signing. If the damage is not notified on the waybill, eg. if damage is discovered during unpacking a photo of the damage is required. Notification of concealed shipping damage must be made within 5 working days in order to receive compensation.

Warranties

The warranty period is att least one year for our products. For the special chairs and changing tables warranty period is two years, and for the RH office chairs and office chairs, warranty period is between three and five years, depending on product.

Product Information

We reserve the right to any price and design changes and to errors out of reach of our company's control. Color discrepancies may occur on web-shop photos.

Ownership

The delivered products remain our (LM Rehatech AB) property up until full payment is received.
